Can you hold a place before I apply?
Once you've submitted your application and it's been approved, we'll be more than happy to move forward with reserving the property for you. You just need to pay for the security deposit to hold your place. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
You must be at least 18 years old to apply as a tenant. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Absolutely, the security deposit is fully refundable if all move-out criteria are fulfilled and there are no damages or outstanding balances. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner is typically required for applicants who may not meet the income or credit requirements on their own. -
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

I want to get a pet. What do I do?
If a property isn't explicitly labeled as pet-friendly, pets are not permitted. However, if your property is designated as pet-friendly, please reach out to our office and your property manager to initiate the pet screening process. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If you wish to vacate, please contact your property manager to discuss removing you as a resident from the lease agreement. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Our lease agreement stipulates that a written notice of termination must be provided at least 30 days in advance. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
Unless attributed to negligence or damage caused by the resident or their guests, routine maintenance and repairs will be covered by the property management company on behalf of the owner.
